ADNOC Technical Academy Graduation Ceremony A Milestone in Emirati Talent Development

The ADNOC Technical Academy recently marked an important milestone with the graduation of its latest batch of technical trainees. On September 19, 2024, at the Abu Dhabi Energy Center, 358 graduates were honored for completing their specialized training in crucial oil and gas industry disciplines. These graduates are now prepared to take on pivotal roles within ADNOC's operations, underscoring the company's dedication to cultivating the UAE's future energy leaders.

His Excellency Dr. Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, ADNOC MD & GCEO, graced the event, acknowledging the top academic performers for their hard work and dedication. Yasser Al Mazrouei, Executive Director, People, Commercial & Corporate Support Directorate, and Chairman of ATA, delivered the keynote address, congratulating the graduates and reiterating ADNOC's commitment to nurturing Emirati talent. He emphasized that the graduates are the future of the country, and the driving force behind advancements in technology and industry. He stated that their education at the academy will lay the foundation for their future accomplishments, enabling them to contribute significantly to the national economy and help build technologically advanced communities.

During the ceremony, His Excellency Dr. Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber also had the opportunity to see the new technologies that ATA is currently utilizing and plans to incorporate into its curriculum. This includes advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence and digital transformation, which are essential to ADNOC's sustainability goals.

The ceremony was attended by the senior ADNOC officials, company representatives, Academy's Board of Trustees members, faculty, and the families of the graduates.
