In a recent development, the ADNOC On-the-Job Training (OJT) Program has taken a significant step forward by organizing a series of engaging sessions for its trainees in collaboration with site management. The initiative aims to provide comprehensive support and enhance the trainees' engagement throughout their OJT journey.
Two notable sessions were recently held, marking a milestone in the program's efforts to facilitate trainees' development. The ADNOC Refining Engagement Session was organized for the upcoming batch of 59 Intake 8.2 OJT trainees, who are set to mobilize to the ADNOC Refining Site in July 2024. The session focused on encouraging, motivating, and guiding the trainees as they prepare for their training journey at the site.
Additionally, the ADNOC Offshore - UZ-Al Ghallan VP & Management Meeting provided a motivational platform for ATA trainees to set development goals and receive guidance from the ADNOC Offshore team. This session played a crucial role in shaping the professional development of the trainees and fostering a positive training environment.
The trainees have expressed positive feedback and are eagerly looking forward to their mobilization, armed with enhanced knowledge, skills, and motivation to thrive in their training and achieve their goals.
