The ADNOC Technical Academy recently hosted its 2nd Science & Innovation Fair on June 26, 2024, at the ATA Sports Hall. The event was a tremendous success, bringing together ATA staff and trainees to celebrate the spirit of innovation and creativity. Under the theme "Science and Technology for a Net-Zero Future," the fair demonstrated the academy's commitment to finding solutions for climate change and sustainability.
ATA trainees showcased their talent and passion, displaying 25 projects and innovations focused on reducing carbon emissions, clean energy, and E-waste recycling. A panel of experts evaluated these projects, and the winners will be revealed soon.
The fair not only highlighted the trainees’ scientific and technological skills, but also encouraged them to take pride in their work and reach their full potential. It also offered a valuable opportunity to interact with participants, exchange knowledge and learn from their experiences and achievements.
The fair also included fun and engaging activities for all attendees. The participants had a blast playing Mental Math Games, which stimulated their thinking abilities and improved their mathematical skills. These games challenged their speed, accuracy, and logical problem-solving, while also promoting interaction and networking among trainees and staff.
The ATA Science & Innovation Fair is a platform to inspire, innovate, and make a lasting impact and foster a culture of innovation and sustainability at the academy.
