The ADNOC Technical Academy (ATA) hosted the Global Competitive Professionals Forum, a quarterly event that promotes transparent, impactful, and inclusive communication of the Global Competitive Professional (GCP) program. The GCP program is a key component of ATA's employee and trainee engagement and wellbeing initiatives. It aims to develop a workforce that is not only globally competitive but also ready to lead with the right mindset, resilience, and agility in the face of the global energy transition.
Ibrahem Al Zaabi, the Senior Vice President of ATA, shared valuable insights into the GCP program, which enhances the competencies of ATA graduates and prepares them to become future energy professionals with global competitiveness. He also explained how the program aligns with ADNOC's Net-Zero and AI Strategy.
The Forum witnessed active participation from ATA management and instructors, who showed a keen interest in understanding the main objectives of the GCP program. They also recognized the importance of excelling in their roles to support the trainees throughout their learning journey, empowering them to reach their full potential.
