Knowledge expansion through learning exposure

The ADNOC Technical Academy is committed to expanding trainees’ knowledge of ADNOC’s strategic goals and initiatives and supporting them on their training journey to becoming future energy champions ready to compete on a global market. Two activities were arranged for the trainees during the month of April 1) attending ADNOC Pioneer Forum and 2) Visit to ADNOC Panorama and Themama.

ADNOC Pioneers Forum

ATA Preprogram trainees attended the ADNOC Pioneers Forum, a platform where ADNOC Pioneers can share their expertise, mentorship, and participate in developmental events, demonstrating ADNOC's dedication to professional development and community engagement. Held at the Energy Center, the initiative aimed to connect generations by facilitating communication and sharing experiences to inspire future success. ATA trainees had the chance to interact with former employees, benefiting from their valuable experience acquired during their service at ADNOC.

The forum emphasized ADNOC's commitment to investing in low-carbon solutions and advanced technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI) to maintain its position as a preferred global energy partner.

ADNOC HQ panorama and Themama

On April 24, ATA trainees visited ADNOC Panorama and Thamama facilities at ADNOC HQ in Abu Dhabi. The visit aimed to enhance the knowledge of the next generation of skilled energy professionals. It was a valuable learning opportunity for all participated trainees, offering insights into the latest industry developments and best practices used by ADNOC.

By visiting Panorama and Thamama, trainees learned about ADNOC's growth and its state-of-the-art technical systems. Panorama, a digital command center, displayed real-time operations across ADNOC's value chain, while Thamama Subsurface Collaboration Center gave a view of reservoir management and recovery improvement techniques.

Similar visits will be arranged again for both staff and trainees.
