SVP Townhall and recognition Award

The SVP Townhall and recognition award was held at the Abu Dhabi energy center under the theme “Delivering Results Beyond Boundaries”. The event gathered the ATA family and served as a testament to ATA’s commitment to excellence, innovation and fostering the culture of engagement, and collaboration to deliver ATA’s mission and ADNOC Values. The SVP speech was an opportunity to share the ATA Organizational Goals of 2024 and inspired employees and trainees to reach their full potential. Followed by a motivational speech by Dr. Othman Al Khouri, ADNOC Culture Advisor, about ADNOC Culture Renovation and remarkable examples of success stories.

Another major part of the event was to celebrate the outstanding achievements of employees and trainees who demonstrated exceptional performance, efforts, and dedication to those who went beyond achieving remarkable results. The event also included a short video that was created by the trainees, followed by an engaging talk presenting live examples of ADNOC values implementation and a short quiz.
