The OJT department recently launched the ATA program survey marking a pivotal milestone in strengthening our collaboration with ADNOC Group companies. This ambitious survey aimed to build closer partnerships and identify key areas where the OJT program can elevate and deliver more efficient, on-site training for our trainees.
At the core of this survey was the objective to gather invaluable feedback from the lines and training teams of ADNOC Group Companies. By exploring critical aspects such as HSE & Sustainability, Behavior & Engagement, Self-Sufficiency Integration Impact, New Intake Mobilization, Collaboration & Partnership, and Overall Feedback, we aimed to gain a comprehensive understanding both our strengths and the areas that require improvement.
The survey outcomes were shared and discussed with ATA Department Management to address areas for improvement while highlighting positive progress. This transparent and cooperative approach ensured that every perspective was valued, fostering a sense of collective ownership. By collaboratively validating the action plan, we were able to address areas for improvement while also celebrating the positive steps we have made. In essence, the ATA program survey was more than just a feedback mechanism; it was a strategic initiative to drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of excellence.
By leveraging the collective insights of our partners and teams, we are committed to refining our training programs, enhancing on-site efficiency, and ultimately, empowering our OJT trainees to succeed in their roles. This collaborative effort confirms our dedication to innovation, partnership, and the relentless pursuit of excellence in everything we do.
