The ATA is committed to enhancing employee engagement by prioritizing well-being and fostering a culture of innovation. This year, each department celebrated its unique achievements and positive contributions to our organizational goals with a series of exciting and dynamic events.
The primary purpose of these celebrations was to recognize the collective accomplishments of all departments and to honor the dedication and successes of our team members. By doing so, we aim to ensure that everyone feels valued and motivated to sustain their high performance and to continually push the boundaries of excellence.
Each department hosted distinct gatherings to highlight their achievements, milestones, and contributions toward our overarching objectives. The Student Services department, for instance, held an inspiring gathering at ADNOC HQ, focused on enhancing team spirit, fostering loyalty, and recognizing successes. This event featured a session to discuss departmental achievements, as well as a tour of the Energy and Panorama Center.
Meanwhile, the Support Services Department embraced the theme "Achieving Greatness Together." Their gathering not only showcased accomplishments from the beginning of the year but also allowed each section to share their successes and future aspirations. A fun and creative Marshmallow team building activity had everyone constructing marshmallow towers using spaghetti sticks, reinforcing the importance of teamwork in achieving outstanding results.
The Academic Department organized multiple gatherings to spotlight each section's achievements. One notable event was the OJT department's first ideation session on July 5, 2024. This session targeted all OJT members, encouraging them to brainstorm and engage in forward-thinkings discussions aimed at enhancing the ATA's future and departmental growth. The agenda incorporated various innovative methodologies, such as Lean approach, Blue Ocean Strategy, Six Sigma, and Risk Management, to guide the brainstorming process effectively and keep proposed ideas aligned with the department's objectives and ATA’s core mission.
Overall, these departmental achievement gatherings significantly boosted employee engagement and morale, inspiring everyone to strive for exceptional results and meaningful contributions to the Academy’s goals.
