ADNOC Technical Academy at ADIPEC and Najah Abu Dhabi

The ATA stand at ADIPEC was a testament to the Academy's proud legacy, where graduates and trainees shared their valuable experiences with visitors, particularly students. These interactions not only illustrated how their journey at ATA shaped their careers within ADNOC but also provided inspiration and guidance for the younger generation.

The stand provided an excellent platform for engaging with over 80 companies in the energy and training sectors. These discussions explored potential collaborations and strategic partnerships aimed at developing innovative training programs and enhancing internship offerings, underscoring ATA's commitment to educational excellence and industry relevance.

A significant highlight was ATA’s participation in a discussion panel organized by OPITO, focusing on "Empowering the Workforce: Developing Skills and Technology for a Sustainable Energy Future." Additionally, the Senior Vice President, Ibraheem AL Zaabi, served as a judge for the AI Youth debates. Further, Prof. Dr. Arun Kumar presented a session titled "Transforming Emirati Youth into Global Leaders," discussing ADNOC's Global Competitive Professional (GCP) program for a sustainable and competitive future, emphasizing the critical role of education and training in shaping future leaders.

ATA trainees also played an essential role at Young ADIPEC, guiding school tours and facilitating programs designed to enrich the experience for visiting students. They directed attendees to various energy company stands, providing valuable insights and engagement opportunities.

At the Najah exhibition, the Academy connected with over 4,000 students, sharing details about its programs and emphasizing the importance of technical training in the energy sector. Students attended live sessions and engaged in interactive discussions with our representatives and trainees, gaining deeper insights into the opportunities available at ATA.

Overall, the participation of the ADNOC Technical Academy in both exhibitions not only showcased its dedication to fostering the next generation of energy professionals but also reinforced its pivotal role in shaping a sustainable future for the UAE's energy sector. By engaging with students, parents, and industry leaders, the Academy continues to pave the way for innovative training and collaboration, ensuring that Emirati youth are well-equipped to meet the challenges of tomorrow.
