This commitment to advancing technical education has led to the strategic initiative of transferring Pilot training plants and equipment from ADNOC Gas to ATA's facilities.
The integration of these advanced plants and equipment will significantly enrich the curriculum, offering trainees access to state-of-the-art learning resources. This transition will facilitate the acquisition of critical technical skills, ensuring trainees not only learn but retain essential knowledge for their future careers. These enhancements will support the development of new courses and modules across four key disciplines.
A standout feature of the newly acquired pilot training plant is the Distillation Unit, which provides trainees with an in-depth understanding of distillation processes. Additionally, the Acid Gas Removal Unit, Three Phase Separator, and Heat Exchanger will be tailored to specific units within the Process Training and Practice (PTP) program. This approach guarantees a hands-on and immersive educational experience.
These improvements will allow trainees to master complex processes and advanced instrumentation systems, thus honing their technical skills and preparing them to tackle real-world challenges effectively. Moreover, the new pilot plant will enable the creation of short technical courses for ADNOC employees and external participants. These courses will cover vital topics such as Operations, Maintenance and Design of Distribution Columns, Process Control, Instrumentation Fundamentals, and Troubleshooting of Process Operations and Equipment.
