Along with the Ramadan initiatives, ADNOC Technical Academy observed the International Day of Happiness to acknowledge the significance of happiness and well-being among the ATA’s family.
This event aimed to highlight the importance of happiness in creating a positive and supportive environment for employees and trainees and enhancing the feelings of joy, satisfaction, engagement, and fulfilment where they feel valued, motivated, and appreciated.
At this special event, trainees and staff began their day by visiting the happiness corner that was set up at each building entrance. The corner featured a happiness board where everyone was invited to express and write positive messages about what makes them happy and grateful. The corners also offered yellow roses and chocolates with motivational quotes.
Happiness moments were also conducted by trainees in each group where they shared the value of happiness and their inspiring stories at the ATA.
As a gesture of appreciation from the ATA Management, Happy hour was announced by allowing all employees and trainees to leave one hour before the end of the day and enjoy the extra time with their family and friends.
