During the period of training, ADNOC Technical Academy provides its trainees with a range of benefits and allowances that includes the following:
A monthly allowance starting from AED 3,000 in foundation (6months) and increases in specialization and on-the-job training phase based on site location.
Accommodation and transportation are provided upon eligibility.
