Benefits and Allowances

ADNOC Technical Academy offers a range of valuable benefits and allowances to support trainees throughout their training journey, including:

Monthly Allowance: Earn AED 3,000 during the 6‑month Foundation Phase, increasing to AED 5,000 in Specialization, and up to AED 11,500 during On‑the‑Job Training, depending on site location.
Accommodation & Transportation: Provided for eligible trainees residing outside the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, ensuring a convenient and supportive training environment.
Medical Insurance: All trainees receive comprehensive health coverage throughout their training journey.
