As the new academic year begins, ADNOC Technical Academy is buzzing with excitement and anticipation. To kick off the year, ATA has organized an array of activities designed to warmly welcome trainees and staff, fostering a sense of belonging and engagement.
To start, ATA management hosted a vibrant welcome-back gathering for all employees returning from the summer break. This event was a perfect opportunity to reignite community within the ATA family, allowing everyone to reconnect and greet new staff members. The event underscores ATA’s commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive work environment where excellence thrives.
The ATA SVP emphasized the promise of 2024 as a year of Delivery, Net Impact, and AI integration, sharing updates on the upcoming graduation ceremony, increased trainee intake, and new training facilities.
As part of an annual welcoming tradition for new trainees, the academy hosted two comprehensive sessions for the new batch of pre-program and semester 1 trainees. These sessions were designed to ensure a smooth transition and enhance their engagement within the academy. Trainees were introduced to ATA's programs, key departments, and internal communication channels.
The Orientation Fair was another highlight for new trainees, designed to familiarize them with the academy’s culture, programs, and resources. The fair featured interactive booths on AI, VR experiences, and the Mazaya application. Additionally, the fair showcased booths representing the four specializations and emphasized HSE, health and safety, Artificial Intelligence, and more, providing essential resources to support their training journey.
To further boost engagement, ATA management visited all classrooms, greeting trainees and ensuring a seamless start to the academic year. This initiative underscores ATA’s dedication to providing a supportive and welcoming environment, reflecting their commitment to academic excellence and trainee well-being.
