Strengthening regional collaboration in talent development, ADNOC Technical Academy (ATA) welcomed a high-level delegation from Bapco Energies to its Al Shawamekh Campus for a knowledge-sharing visit focused on technical education and workforce development.
The delegation included H.E. Hadyah Fathallah, Board Director at Bapco Energies and Special Advisor to H.H. Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, and Mrs. Nooralhuda Alhasan, Manager, Training & Development at Bapco Energies.
During the visit, guests received an overview of ATA’s role in developing the next generation of energy sector talent, explored key training and development programs, and participated in discussions on best practices in technical education and workforce readiness. The agenda also included a guided tour of selected campus facilities, providing firsthand insights into ATA’s world-class learning environment and innovative approach to talent development.
