Fifteen female trainees from ADNOC Technical Academy (ATA) participated in the Emirati Women’s Day event hosted by the Family Development Foundation, gaining valuable insights from some of the UAE’s most inspiring female leaders.
The event featured Her Excellency Sheikha Lubna Al Qasimi, Her Excellency Dr. Maitha Salem Al Shamsi, Minister of State, and a distinguished group of prominent women who shared their experiences and perspectives on the role of Emirati women in strengthening identity and values, building families, enhancing quality of life, and sustaining progress across generations.
Trainees also visited an accompanying exhibition showcasing Emirati women’s achievements and creativity across various fields. The participation reflects ATA’s commitment to empowering young women and exposing them to inspiring role models who are shaping the nation’s future.
