ATA welcomed H.E. Ibrahim Nassir, Undersecretary of the Department of Government Enablement, during a visit led by Saif Al Falahi, Chair of ATA’s Board of Trustees, alongside Maha Al Qattan, Group Chief People & Culture Officer, and Ayesha Mohamed Al Hammadi, Group Executive Vice President, People & Culture.
The delegation toured the ADNOC Pilot Plants (APP) and AI Innovation Lab, gaining insights into how ATA integrates technical excellence, innovation and emerging technologies to develop future-ready national talent. The visit also highlighted ATA’s journey since 1978, its strategic mandate, Emiratization efforts, and key achievements across the Diploma Program, HSE Academy and AI Innovation Lab.
The visit reinforced ATA’s commitment to supporting ADNOC’s talent pipeline by developing highly skilled Emirati professionals equipped to meet the evolving needs of the energy sector.
