The ADNOC Technical Academy participated in the National Service Career Fair from May 13 to 15, 2024, with the aim of attracting skilled Emirati youth to the UAE Energy Sector. The event drew over 10,000 visitors, who were eager to learn more about the available opportunities offered by the exhibitors.. Under the theme of "LEARN. GROW. THRIVE.," the Academy booth provided a vibrant platform for engagement and interactions.
The vistors had the chance to explore the academy's programs, benefits, and facilities through various activities, such as VR experiences, specializations paths, and a photobooth. Two workshops showcased the advanced technology and immersive training experiences that the academy uses to prepare its trainees for their future energy careers. The ATA booth received more than 2700 applications from interested candidates, and over 3000 stand visitors.
The graduates and trainees of the academy also shared their stories and journeys with the visitors, who showed great interest and curiosity. The graduates and trainees highlighted the skills and knowledge they gained from the academy, as well as the career prospects and opportunities they have in the energy sector.
The Academy continues to fulfill to its mission of empowering young Emiratis with the vital skills needed for global competitiveness.
