Energy for Wellbeing Program Awareness Session

An awareness session was delivered in ADNOC Technical Academy by the wellbeing committee for the employees of ADNOC Technical Academy, introducing the ‘Energy for Wellbeing’ program. This program, launched by H.E Dr. Sultan Al Jaber, the Group CEO, is designed to support the holistic wellbeing of our staff in all aspects of their lives. The committee, established and chaired by Yaser Saeed Almazrouei Executive Director, People, Commercial & Corporate Support and led by Dr. Ghuwaya Al Neyadi Senior Vice President, Group Medical.

The program empowers employees to achieve personal and professional growth, resilience, productivity, and work-life balance within a positive work environment. It focuses on four key dimensions of wellbeing: people, work, social, and environmental. . These dimensions are essential for creating a sense of belonging, enhancing social cohesion, improving the employee experience, and promoting wellness and sustainability.

The committee also presented the various services and benefits that the program offers to support the health and wellbeing of the employees. The employees of the Academy showed great enthusiasm for the program and interacted with committee members for comprehensive guidance and resources for their wellbeing.
