Since its inception in 1978, the ADNOC Technical Academy has served as ADNOC's training arm, providing technical and specialized educational programs and competency assessments to help Emirati youth and ADNOC employees develop their competencies while supporting ADNOC's expansion and growth plans.
Our programs provide comprehensive training, theoretical studies, hands-on experiences, and on-the-job training in ADNOC Group companies' operation sites, and our campus consists of a large, purpose-built campus with state-of-the-art facilities, including fully equipped workshops, modern classrooms, science laboratories, DCS simulation centers, and pilot training plants.
